Good Morning Family!

I am writing this a week ahead as Robin, Holly and I (by the time you read this) will hopefully have had a week of “staycation” ending tomorrow on Monday.  It has been a long time since we have taken time away and so we utilized the down time of this week, to take advantage of being able to spend some time together and have some substantive family time.

That said, I want you to welcome Barney Munhollon as he fills in for me today.  I am sure the Lord has laid on his heart an encouraging message for all of you this morning.  And leading in worship will be our own, Landon Munhollon.  Landon has filled in for me once before and did a great job.  I am thankful for Barney and Landon taking the reins today and I have also asked a couple of our deacons to help out with other aspects of the service and am grateful for John and Clark in their roles this morning as well.

This next Tuesday, January 20th will be our first Tuesday 1:3 Adult Bible Fellowship since before Christmas as Robin and I had to go on a day trip to Kansas City earlier this month on the first Tuesday to handle some important health items with her mother.  I am looking forward to getting back to our tour of the end times and Heaven.  I am thinking we might be wrapping that up sometime soon, but we shall see how the Lord leads in that as we go.  I am already thinking of the next topic we may cover, and might end up being “out of this world”.

We will also resume Wednesday Night Cape Crusaders this week on the 21st, so we will indeed hit the ground running for sure.  Looking forward to these winter months to begin retooling several of the overall ministries again for more effective work in 2026.

As always, my prayer is that we would all, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth.”   II Timothy 2:15

Bro. Steven
