Good Morning Family,
As those of you who know the Gann Family extremely well, the Christmas season began last Monday! We do not look over
Thanksgiving at all, it is a holiday that is not to be forgotten and an attitude of the heart that is to be celebrated every day. For us, the whole season is a time to be thankful and focused on the greatness and goodness of God in sending Jesus into the world.
Speaking of thankfulness, I am very thankful for your participation in last Sunday’s Fall Family Day. We had a very good turnout of the kids to ride the van and had several grandparents and parents also attend that normally do not attend here. And I was incredibly pleased at the church body ‘being there” to meet and greet our guests not only at worship, but at lunch as well. So, thankful for all who had a part in providing resources and for those who cooked and helped prepare and clean up. And this past Wednesday Night, the students got to enjoy the fried chicken and fixins’ one more time.
Tonight and next Sunday Night, November 7 th and 14 th , we will be showing Patterns of Evidence: The Red Sea Miracle parts 1 and 2. These resources are produced by Timothy Mahoney, the filmmaker behind the original Patterns Of Evidence series which we have viewed before. The Red Sea Miracle is the latest and newest production which we have not viewed yet. Each will begin at 6:00pm and run til 8:00pm.
As always, my prayer is that we would all, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth.” II Timothy 2:15
